For our first participation in Drawing Now Art Fair, we are pleased to present a solo show by Farah Khelil, one of the five finalists for The Drawing Now Award 2025. The 18th edition of the fair will take place at the Carreau du Temple in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris from March 27 to 30, 2025.
Through a conceptual approach to drawing, the artist explores the relationship between image, language, and memory, questioning the traces and narratives that shape our perception of reality. Her practice, both plastic, theoretical, and conceptual, aims at a disidentification of dominant images, opening a space for their multiple singularities to resonate without hierarchy.
Rooted in a critical reflection on cultural heritage and the impact of dominant visual culture on our perception of the world, Farah Khelil's work combines materials, transparencies, and graphic interventions, offering a layered and sensitive reading of the visible.
This exhibition reflects our commitment to supporting contemporary drawing practices that push the boundaries of both medium and perception.
